1. Acceptance
By using TrackMyBudget you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
TrackMyBudget is a personal budgeting tool. It is provided "as is" for informational purposes. It is not financial advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for professional advice from a qualified accountant or financial adviser.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Subscriptions and trials
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The 7-day free trial may be used once per customer.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, abuse, or reverse-engineer the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TrackMyBudget is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
